Job Duties: The Junior Fabricator is responsible for assisting the Senior Fabricators in the production of custom
millwork products according to customer specifications. The successful candidate must have a basic
understanding of millwork fabrication and be willing to learn and develop their skills. The Junior
Millwork Fabricator will work in a fast-paced environment and must be able to work independently and
as part of a team.
Essential Functions (Other duties as assigned):
• Assist senior millwork fabricators in the fabrication and assembly of custom millwork products.
• Learn and follow blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the materials required
and the methods of fabrication.
• Operate hand and power tools such as saws, drills, and sanders to cut, shape, and form
materials.
• Sand and finish millwork products to ensure a smooth and polished appearance.
• Communicate with senior millwork fabricators to ensure that project deadlines are met and that
the products meet customer specifications
• Discern quality of parts and materials used in production.
• Assembling millwork products such as cabinets using hand and power tools.
• Follow company procedures and directives.
• Inspecting and testing finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and customer
specifications.
• Maintain the tools used to create products.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment by following safety procedures and keeping work
areas clean and organized.
• Other duties as assigned.

Pay & Shift: $16-$19/HR based on experience
Monday – Friday; 8a-5pm
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required.
• Some experience in millwork fabrication or related field is preferred.
• Ability to read and follow blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Basic understanding of hand and power tools and machinery
• Good communication skills and the ability to take direction from senior millwork fabricators.
• Good manual dexterity and attention to detail to ensure that assembled products are of high
quality and meet customer specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn and develop new skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn new techniques and technologies to improve product quality and efficiency.
• Understanding of math and measurements (tape measure)
