Lead Maintenance Supervisor

United Talent Staffing is seeking an experienced Lead Maintenance Supervisor in the Logan, WV area. This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for overseeing maintenance and repairs across multiple commercial, retail, restaurant, and residential properties. The ideal candidate is a skilled maintenance professional who can troubleshoot problems, complete quality repairs, and lead a small maintenance team.
Responsibilities:
Perform preventative and general maintenance across multiple properties
Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems and equipment
Maintain and repair commercial refrigeration and HVAC equipment
Complete carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, tile, and finish work
Diagnose and respond to urgent maintenance and equipment issues
Assist with renovations, upgrades, and property improvement projects
Assign daily work and oversee a small maintenance team
Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met
Travel between properties throughout the Logan, West Logan, Holden, and Danville areasMaintain properties in a clean, safe, and professional condition
Qualifications5+ years of hands-on maintenance, construction, or facilities experience
Strong electrical troubleshooting and repair experience
Commercial refrigeration and HVAC experience
Experience with carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, and general repairs
Previous leadership or crew management experience
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Reliable transportation and ability to travel between locations
Must be dependable, organized, and able to prioritize emergency repairs
