United Talent Staffing is immediately seeking Legal Secretary in the Charleston, Wv area! 

Job Responsibilities: 
  • Meeting with clients, attorneys, and other professionals to talk about case details.
  • Organizing and maintaining documents in a paper or electronic filing system.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Must be able to effectively multi-task, manage time sensitive documents and have exceptional organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
  •  
Pay and Shift:  Monday-Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm  Starting Pay: $25 based on experience an hour.
 
Requirements:  
  • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a legal secretary is required 
  • A high level of customer service
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to multi-task in a face-paced, deadline driven environment
  • Excellent typing, spelling, grammar, and proofreading skills
  • Respect for confidentiality
  • Attention to detail.
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or relevant experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
