United Talent Staffing is hiring dependable Loaders and Dock Workers for a window and door manufacturing facility in the New Martinsville, WV area.
This is a hands-on position working in the shipping and loading area. Candidates should be comfortable with physical work and handling finished windows and doors throughout the shift.
Pay & Schedule
- $13.00/hour
- Monday–Thursday
- Start time of 10:00 AM or 12:00 PM, depending on needs
- 40-hour workweek
- Occasional mandatory overtime on Fridays
- Weekly pay
What You’ll Do
- Load finished windows and doors for shipment
- Move products safely throughout the dock and warehouse
- Organize products according to shipping and loading requirements
- Assist with staging orders for delivery
- Inspect products for damage before loading
- Maintain a clean and organized dock area
- Follow all safety and handling procedures
What We’re Looking For
- Comfortable performing physical, hands-on work
- Ability to safely lift and move products throughout the shift
- Dependable attendance and reliable transportation
- Able to work efficiently as part of a team
- Warehouse, dock, loading, shipping, or general labor experience is helpful but not required
- Training is provided
