United Talent is currently seeking a Maintenance Laborer for a company in Hurricane WV!
Job Responsibilities:
- Use and knowledge of hand tools, power equipment and vehicles requiring a Class D CDL or driver’s license.
- Primarily response for assisting in the repair, maintenance and inspection system tasks.
- Be able to work outdoors
- Demonstrates knowledge of safety rules and equipment including identification of precautions for and emergency response to biological, chemical and electrical and mechanical hazards.
- Perform tasks and assist co-workers with minimum redirection
- Demonstrate good workmanship in a neat and timely manner
- Must be able to perform job duties as described on essential functions
Pay and shift: Monday- Friday, starting pay is $18 an hour.
Requirements:
- HSD or GED
- Complete and pass drug-screening, background check and MVR
- Must have or be able to obtain valid Class D driver’s license
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Ability to perform basic math skills
- Follow safety policy and procedures
- Be willing to obtain position specific certifications
