United Talent is immediately hiring Maintenance Technicians for positions in the Charleston, WV area!
Job Duties:
· Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance
· Complete resident work orders and repair requests
· Repair plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
· Handle painting, carpentry, and general repairs
· Ensure compliance with safety regulations
· Maintain a clean and safe work environment
· Provide excellent customer service to residents
· Communicate effectively with property management

Pay and Shift:
Monday – Friday
Starting pay: $15.00 per hour

Requirements:
· Previous maintenance or related experience
· Experience with apartment maintenance (painting, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, general repairs)
· Strong problem-solving skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Good communication skills
· Basic knowledge of safety protocols
· Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks
· Ability to work in various weather conditions
· Previous maintenance or related experience
