Are you an experienced Quality leader with a background in regulated environments and multi-site operations? United Talent Staffing is seeking a high-impact Manager, Quality Assurance to support a growing U.S. fulfillment network within a regulated medical device/pharmaceutical environment.
This is a leadership-level opportunity structured as a 12-month contract. There is potential for conversion based on business needs and performance (not guaranteed).

Monday–Friday | 8:00–9:00 AM start | 40–50 hours/week

Position Overview
The Manager, Quality Assurance will oversee quality operations across multiple U.S. fulfillment sites. This newly created role provides leadership support during a strategic organizational initiative and plays a critical role in ensuring operational stability, regulatory compliance, and quality performance across active and pre-launch sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee multi-site Quality Assurance operations
- Lead QA teams across active and pre-launch fulfillment sites
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and quality systems
- Support fulfillment network quality performance initiatives
- Partner cross-functionally with HR and senior leadership
- Support new facility launches and expansion initiatives
Required Qualifications
Technical & Systems
- Oracle ERP experience (Required)
- Experience working within a regulated environment
- Ability to operate independently with minimal ramp-up time
Regulatory & Standards
- Working knowledge and hands-on experience with:
- ISO 13485
- ISO 9001
Industry Background (Strong Preference)
- Medical device or pharmaceutical industry experience strongly preferred
- Other regulated industry experience will be considered
Work Environment & Expectations
- Fully onsite role in the Atlanta region
- Visible leadership presence required
- 40–50 hours per week
- Overtime as needed
