United Talent is immediately hiring a Master Electrician for a company in Eleanor WV!
Job Duties:
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee electrical installations, maintenance, and repair projects.
- Supervise and mentor Journeyman Electricians, apprentices, and other electrical staff.
- Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and electrical schematics.
- Ensure all electrical work complies with NEC standards, local codes, and company policies.
- Troubleshoot complex electrical issues and develop effective solutions.
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical panels, wiring, lighting, generators, and other electrical equipment.
- Perform inspections and testing to verify system performance and safety.
- Coordinate project schedules, materials, and labor requirements.
- Communicate with customers, contractors, and project managers regarding project progress and requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, inspections, and materials used.
- Promote and enforce workplace safety procedures and OSHA standards.
Pay and Shift: Monday- Friday 8am – 5pm. Pay starts at $30 per hour
Requirements
- Valid Master Electrician License in the State of West Virginia.
- Minimum of 5 years of electrical experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of residential, commercial, and industrial electrical systems.
- Thorough understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical documents.
- Strong troubleshooting and leadership skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various indoor and outdoor environments.
- Experience managing multiple projects and crews.
- Knowledge of service upgrades, generators, and advanced troubleshooting techniques.
- Experience with estimating project costs and material requirements.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
