United Talent is immediately hiring a Millwork Fabrication Technician (Solid Surface) Associate for a millwork manufacturing environment in Powder Springs, GA.
Pay & Shift 1st Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM $16.00 – $20.00 per hour, based on experience (BOE)
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous solid surface fabrication experience using acrylic materials required. Ability to read a tape measure and interpret shop drawings.
- Experience using power tools and fabrication equipment. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted.
- Ability to stand, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout an 8-hour shift.
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Working Conditions & Physical Demands Exposure to noise levels consistent with a millwork manufacturing environment.
- Personal protective equipment (PPE) required.
- Position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, and crouching throughout the workday.
Must be able to lift and/or move items over 50 pounds. Vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
