United Talent is seeking an experienced and driven National Sales Manager (Construction Material) to lead and grow sales within the professional channel across the United States. This role will be responsible for overseeing sales strategy, managing a multi-level sales team, and driving revenue growth within the construction materials industry.
This position is based near Hiram, GA. When not traveling within the assigned territory, the National Sales Manager will work from the local office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage national sales efforts within the professional channel across the U.S.
  • Oversee a team that includes 2 Sales Managers, a Training Representative, and independent sales reps
  • Drive sales performance, accountability, and activity across all team members
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company growth targets
  • Partner with executive leadership to establish sales forecasts, KPIs, and reporting metrics
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, ensuring alignment with company goals and expectations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and industry partners
  • Identify new market opportunities and expand distribution channels
  • Travel within assigned territory to support team members, customers, and business development efforts
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience within the construction industry 
    • Strong background experience in related industry preferred
  • Proven leadership experience managing sales teams and driving results
  • Experience working with distributors and professional contractors
  • Strong understanding of sales forecasting, KPI management, and reporting
  • Ability to travel as needed within the U.S.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
