United Talent is looking to urgently fill a New Business Consultant role in the Teays Valley, WV area
This role is responsible for identifying and cultivating business partnerships in the community.
Job Duties:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within target industries and territories
- Conduct high-volume outreach (calls, emails, in-person visits) to generate leads and build pipeline
- Present staffing solutions including temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct hire services
- Meet with clients to understand hiring needs, workforce challenges, and company culture
- Negotiate bill rates, contracts, and service agreements with clients
- CRM entry and database management
Pay & Hours
This is an hourly, non-exempt position. Pay is dependent on previous sales experience. This will be a guaranteed salary plus monthly commission base on new business generation
Hours: Typically 8:00am-5:00pm Monday- Friday. Position does require schedule flexibility to meet networking and business needs.
Requirements:
- 1 year of business to business sales (outside or inside)
- Sense of urgency with the ability to multi-task
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong computer skills
