United Talent is immediately hiring a NPI Project Manager in Flowery Branch, GA!

Job Duties:

Manage Project Team to translate customer requirements and information into deliverables.
Cooperate and understand customer needs and organize proper resources to build up the project scope.
Managing stakeholders: external customers and suppliers as well as internal stakeholders at various managerial levels and functional domain.
Align with customers / frequent report outs.
Ensure resource availability and allocation.
Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
Manage the changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques, and review/ report/ escalate to management or project steering as needed.
Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Pay & Shift: Starting at $65,000 /year

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or closely related field or equivalent work experience.
Combined 7+ years' experience in manufacturing.
Project management experience and skills in high level project, preferably certified (PMP, PRINCE2).
Six Sigma green belt or better is a plus.
Experience in high-tech industry (e.g. semiconductor equipment) is a plus.
