United Talent is currently seeking an Office Assistant for a company in Milton, WV!
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform basic office and administrative duties, including answering phones, responding to emails, scheduling appointments, and maintaining organized records
- Assist with data entry, document preparation, and general clerical support as needed
- Support day-to-day office operations and provide administrative assistance to management and team members
- Proficient in Microsoft, knowledge of Sage program is a plus.
Pay and shift: Monday- Friday 8am-4pm, 30 min lunch $15+ an hour
Requirements:
- Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality results
- Basic math and language skills
- Valid Driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- HSD or GED
