United Talent is immediately hiring an Office & Marketing Coordinator in Proctorville, OH!
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow the company’s Facebook and Instagram pages
- Create and schedule engaging, on-brand social media content (posts, photos, videos, and basic graphics)
- Monitor and respond to comments and messages in a professional manner
- Develop promotions and campaigns to increase customer engagement and visibility
- Track basic social media performance and adjust content as needed
- Schedule and coordinate year-round lawn care services for residential and commercial clients
- Communicate with clients regarding service schedules, changes, and updates
- Perform general office and administrative duties, including answering phones, emails, and maintaining organized records
- Assist with day-to-day office operations and support the team as needed
Pay & Shift: Pay starts at $18 an hour or based on experience. Monday- Friday
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, office administration, scheduling, or marketing support preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable speaking with clients by phone, text, and email
- Basic knowledge of Facebook and Instagram; experience creating or scheduling posts a plus
- Proficient with email, spreadsheets, and basic office software
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and professional
- Willingness to attend occasional local or company events
