United Talent Staffing is seeking an Sales Representative (HVAC) in the Morgantown, WV area! This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for a motivated, customer-focused professional who enjoys building relationships, generating new business, and helping customers find the right HVAC solutions. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a drive to succeed while developing and maintaining customer relationships throughout the Morgantown area and surrounding communities.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with residential and commercial customers
- Conduct sales calls and customer visits throughout the Morgantown area
- Identify customer needs and recommend HVAC products and services
- Generate new business through prospecting, networking, and referrals
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and follow up on sales opportunities
- Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Represent the company professionally in the field and at customer locations
Requirements
- Previous sales, customer service, or HVAC industry experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Positive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges
- Excellent problem-solving and relationship-building abilities
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to travel locally throughout the service area
Pay & Schedule
- Pay: $20.00 – $24.00 per hour, based on experience
- Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm with occasional weekends call as needed
- Location: Morgantown, WV
- Approximately 90% local travel within the Morgantown area
- Approximately 10% travel within a 60-mile radius of Morgantown
