United Talent is immediately hiring professional Painters for a cleaning company in Charleston WV!
Job Duties:
- Prepare residential and commercial properties for painting after clean-outs or restoration work.
- Remove old, damaged, or peeling paint as needed.
- Patch holes, cracks, dents, and other imperfections in walls, ceilings, and other surfaces.
- Sand and smooth surfaces to ensure proper paint adhesion and a professional finish.
- Apply primer, paint, stain, and other coatings using brushes, rollers, and sprayers.
- Paint interior and exterior walls, ceilings, trim, doors, baseboards, and other surfaces.
- Protect floors, furniture, fixtures, windows, and other areas from paint and overspray.
- Perform touch-ups and corrective painting to ensure consistent coverage and appearance.
- Assist with minor drywall repairs and surface preparation when necessary.
- Clean and maintain painting tools, equipment, and work areas.
- Safely handle and dispose of paint, chemicals, debris, and other job-site materials.
- Work alongside clean-out crews to prepare properties for renovation, resale, rental, or occupancy.
- Follow company safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized job site.
- Inspect completed work and address areas requiring additional preparation or touch-up.
- Communicate with supervisors regarding job progress, materials needed, and any issues discovered at the property.
Pay and Shift: Pay is 16-20 per hour based on experience and the schedule will be as needed based on job availability!
