United Talent is immediately hiring for a Part Time Accounts Payable position in Scott Depot WV.
Job Duties include:
- Data entry into Microsoft Dynamics GP of various types of invoices.
- Prepare and process received invoices.
- Bi-weekly check processing.
- File invoices and various other documents.
- Generate various vendor reports, distribute to appropriate personnel.
- Other job-related items when needed.
Pay and Shift: This position will be 20 – 25 hours per week. Pay starts at 15 per hour.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP
- High School Diploma
- Must be okay with flexible schedule.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
