United Talent Staffing is seeking a dependable Patio Door Assembler for a manufacturing facility in New Martinsville, WV. This role is ideal for someone who can learn quickly, work independently once trained, and follow a structured assembly process from start to finish. The position operates in a small team environment (1–2 person station) and requires strong attention to detail and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble patio door components according to production specifications
- Follow step-by-step assembly processes from start to finish
- Measure, align, and fit materials accurately to ensure quality standards
- Operate basic hand tools and production equipment safely
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure proper function
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Meet daily production goals while maintaining accuracy
- Follow all workplace safety procedures and PPE requirements
Shift & Pay
- $13.00/hour
- Monday–Thursday / 8:00 AM-7:00PM
- Overtime required based on production needs
Requirements:
- Ability to learn processes quickly and work independently after training
- Strong attention to detail and quality control awareness
- Dependable attendance and consistent work performance required
- Comfortable standing for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50–75 lbs as needed
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior assembly or manufacturing experience
- Experience using measuring tools and hand tools
