Job Summary
United Talent Staffing is seeking a reliable and motivated Merchandiser to stock and maintain products in grocery stores throughout the Chattanooga, TN area. This position requires travel within the assigned territory and offers a gas card for work-related travel.
Responsibilities
  • Stock shelves and maintain organized product displays.
  • Rotate inventory using First-In, First-Out (FIFO) procedures.
  • Build and maintain promotional displays, end caps, and seasonal features.
  • Update price tags, product labels, and promotional signage.
  • Remove expired, damaged, or spoiled merchandise.
  • Communicate effectively with store management and personnel regarding promotions and assignments.
  • Complete assigned routes and projects independently and collaboratively.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory.
  • Smartphone with internet access.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to read, speak, and understand English.
  • Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.
Additional Requirements
  • Business attire required while on assignment.
  • Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
