Job Summary
United Talent Staffing is seeking a reliable and motivated Merchandiser to stock and maintain products in grocery stores throughout the Panama City, FL area. This position requires travel within the assigned territory and offers a gas card for work-related travel.
Responsibilities
- Stock shelves and maintain organized product displays.
- Rotate inventory using First-In, First-Out (FIFO) procedures.
- Build and maintain promotional displays, end caps, and seasonal features.
- Update price tags, product labels, and promotional signage.
- Remove expired, damaged, or spoiled merchandise.
- Communicate effectively with store management and personnel regarding promotions and assignments.
- Complete assigned routes and projects independently and collaboratively.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory.
- Smartphone with internet access.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to read, speak, and understand English.
- Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.
Additional Requirements
- Business attire required while on assignment.
- Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
