United Talent Staffing is hiring full-time Production Assemblers for a window and door manufacturing company in New Martinsville, WV. No previous manufacturing experience is required training is provided for dependable candidates who are ready to learn.
Job Duties
- Assemble window frames and components
- Install glass into completed frames
- Use hand tools and basic production equipment
- Inspect finished products for quality
- Label and prepare products for the next production stage
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
Pay and Schedule
- $12.00–$13.00 per hour, based on department
- Monday–Thursday
- 8:00 AM–7:00 PM
- Full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity
- Mandatory overtime may be required based on production needs
- Weekly pay and medical benefits available after 60 days
Job Requirements
- Ability to stand throughout the shift
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
- Good attendance and attention to detail
- Willingness to work mandatory overtime when needed
- Manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, construction, or general labor experience is helpful but not required.
