United Talent Staffing is hiring Production Associates for a plastics manufacturing facility in Clarksburg, WV. You will help operate production equipment, inspect products, and package plastic coat hangers in a clean, climate-controlled environment.
No previous manufacturing experience is required – dependable candidates who are ready to learn are encouraged to apply.
What You’ll Do
- Operate and monitor machinery used to manufacture and assemble plastic coat hangers.
- Inspect finished products for quality and remove items that do not meet standards.
- Count, package, label, and prepare products for shipment.
- Keep pace with production goals while working safely and accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized workstation and follow all safety procedures.
Pay & Shift Options
- 1st Shift: 7:30am–3:30pm | $10.75/hr
- 2nd Shift: 3:30pm–11:30pm | $12.00/hr
- 3rd Shift: 11:30pm–7:30am | $13.25/hr
Schedule: Full-time Monday–Sunday, 5 days on / 2 rotating days off or Part-time opportunities are available.
What Makes You a Good Fit
- Dependable, punctual, safety-conscious, and willing to learn.
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented production environment.
- Manufacturing or warehouse experience is helpful but not required.
- Able to complete a background check and drug screen.
