United Talent Staffing is hiring Production Equipment Operators for a leading manufacturing facility in the Statesville, NC area!
We are seeking dependable, safety-focused individuals to join a growing production team. Openings are available in multiple departments, with opportunities to operate equipment, move materials, and support production processes.

Available Positions

| Truck Loader | 1st Shift • 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM | $13.50/hr |
| Breakdown Operator | 1st Shift • 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM | $15.50/hr |
| Knuckle Boom Operator | 2nd Shift • 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM | $16.50/hr |
Overtime Available
- 1st Shift: Approximately 50 hours per week
- 2nd Shift: Approximately 60 hours per week
Job Responsibilities
Depending on the position assigned, duties may include:
- Load and unload materials, trailers, and production equipment
- Operate production equipment and heavy machinery safely and efficiently
- Feed raw materials into production systems
- Keep production lines supplied with materials to maintain workflow
- Inspect materials for quality and remove contaminants or non-conforming products
- Perform routine equipment inspections before operation
- Complete production paperwork and maintain accurate records
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all OSHA regulations and company safety procedures
- Assist other departments as needed to support production goals
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
- Equipment operation experience is a plus (forklift, boom, loader, or similar)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform physical work throughout the shift
- Strong attention to safety and quality
- Reliable transportation and excellent attendance
