United Talent Staffing is now hiring Production Workers for a well-established windows and doors manufacturer in the New Martinsville, WV area. Key Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of tasks across different areas of the production line, supporting the manufacturing of high-quality windows and doors
- Assemble window and door components using hand tools and production equipment according to work instructions and quality standards
- Measure, inspect, and verify materials and finished components to ensure accuracy, proper fit, and compliance with specifications
- Push, pull, and transport materials, parts, and finished products using carts throughout the facility
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with company safety policies
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment to meet daily production goals
- Follow all safety procedures, operational guidelines, and quality control processes
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding production needs, material issues, or quality concerns
- Assist with other production-related duties as assigned to support overall manufacturing operations
Pay & Schedule
- Monday – Friday, starting at 8:00 AM
- Overtime required based on production needs
- $12.00 – $13.00 per hour (with opportunities for wage increases after probationary period)
Job Requirements
- Ability to stand for the duration of the shift
- Ability to lift 25–50 lbs as needed
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- You must wear closed-toe shoes
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to pass a drug screen (drug-free workplace)
- Consent to a background check
