United Talent Staffing is seeking dependable Sash Line Operators to support production for a window and door manufacturing facility in the New Martinsville, WV area. This role focuses on assembling window sash components and preparing units for final production.
Key Responsibilities
- Assembling sash frames using cut vinyl or aluminum components
- Installing glass panes into sash frames
- Applying glazing bead or sealant to secure glass
- Operating pneumatic tools, rollers, or corner welders (depending on line design)
- Inspecting sash units for squareness, seal integrity, and defects
- Labeling and staging completed sash for transfer to final assembly lines
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the workstation
- Following production quotas and safety procedures
- Meet daily production goals in a team environment
Shift & Pay
- $12.00/hour
- Monday–Thursday, 8am-7pm
- Overtime required based on production needs
Position Requirements
- Ability to stand for the entire shift and perform repetitive tasks
- Lift, push, and pull 50–75 lbs. as needed
- Comfortable working around machinery, hand tools, and assembly equipment
- Good hand eye coordination and attention to detail
- Ability to read measurements and use basic tools accurately
- Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE (closed toe shoes, safety glasses; gloves optional)
- Reliable attendance and dependability required
- Willingness to work overtime as production demands increase
Preferred Experience
- Previous manufacturing or assembly experience helpful but not required
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
- Team oriented with strong work ethic
