United Talent Staffing is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to join the Hope Gas team in Morgantown, WV or the surrounding areas. (Possibility for Hybrid/Remote.)
PLEASE NOTE: Hope Gas headquarters is in Morgantown, WV and the Senior Network Engineer would be required to come into the office 2-4 times per month.

Primary Responsibilities
- Assist in network design and implementation projects in data center and remote office environments
- Analyze, escalate, and assist in remediation of network related incidents
- Assess and improve existing processes and procedures in a very agile and fast-moving IT environment
- Assist in the development, documentation, and communication of corporate network designs and procedures
- Work with vendors on support and professional services engagements
- CCNA or equivalent certification preferred
- Provide technical mentoring and leadership for other team members
- Provide technical support on a 24 hour; 7-day basis (Shared)
- Willingness to travel to company locations to support the network environment
- Develop and utilize departmental standards and procedures
- Maintain up to date skill level and knowledge of industry
Secondary Responsibilities
- Assist other IT teams across the organization with work as needed

Required Experience, Skills and Abilities
- Minimum five years of relevant network experience
- Experience with all aspects of data networking including Cisco Data Center VXLAN, Routing, Switching, SDWAN, DMVPN, Wireless technologies (Cisco WLC), Cisco ISE, and Cisco Firepower firewall platforms
- Working Knowledge of network routing and switching protocols (BGP, EIGRP, OSPF)
- Experience with VPN remote access and Cisco AnyConnect products
- Experience with WireShark packet capture application
- High attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to research, develop and prepare supporting documentation
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
- Willingness to acquire in-depth knowledge of network technologies and products
Preferred Experience, Skills and Abilities
- Knowledge of:
- DNS and DHCP services and administration
- Windows Active Directory and file sharing structures
- SCADA Operations
- Experience with network monitoring and management tools (SolarWinds, etc.)
- Network Protocols and operation.
- Experience working in a Government Compliance regulated industry (Health Care/Utility/etc.)

Education Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or equivalent
- Demonstrated related experience may be substituted for preferred education

Reports to: Senior Manager, Data Networking
Salary: $110,000 – $130,000
