United Talent is immediately hiring Shift Managers & Servers for a local restaurant in the Morgantown, WV area!
Job Responsibilities:
• Provide friendly, professional service to all customers.
• Take food and beverage orders, deliver meals, and process payments.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and work areas.
• Assist with training, supervising, and supporting staff (Shift Manager role).
• Ensure smooth operations during assigned shifts, including opening/closing duties (Shift Manager role).
• Handle customer concerns and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Uphold company standards, health, and safety regulations.
Pay & Shift:
Servers: $2.50/HR + tips
Shift Managers: $15–$16/HR (depending on experience)
Shifts may include evenings, weekends, and holidays. Hours of operation are typically 11 AM – 9 PM.
Requirements:
• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and customer service skills.
• Leadership and organizational skills (Shift Manager role).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain reliable under pressure.
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
