Direct Hire opportunity for an experienced HR & Labor Relations Manager to lead the human resources function at our Sistersville plant. You’ll support over 400 team members, build strong partnerships with plant leadership, and lead all aspects of the employee experience — from recruiting and development to labor relations and compliance.

What You’ll Do

Partner with plant leaders to align HR strategies with business goals.

Lead union and labor relations, including collective bargaining, grievances, and arbitration.

Provide HR guidance and coaching to leaders and supervisors.

Manage employee relations issues, investigations, and corrective actions.

Oversee recruiting, onboarding, and employee development programs.

Drive performance management, engagement, and recognition initiatives.

Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws (including NLRB regulations).

Partner with the Talent and HR Centers of Excellence on policies, benefits, and training programs.

Continuously improve HR processes and promote our Core Values across the site.
What You Bring
-
7+ years of hands-on HR experience in a manufacturing environment.

Proven background in labor relations and union management.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, or related field.

Strong understanding of West Virginia labor laws and compliance requirements.

Excellent communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems such as Workday or SuccessFactors.
Preferred:
-
Master’s degree in Labor or Industrial Relations.
