United Talent Staffing is hiring a Snap Table Operator for a window and door manufacturing facility in New Martinsville, WV. This position plays an important role in assembling window components using production equipment and hand tools to ensure quality and efficiency on the line.
Job Duties:
- Assemble window sashes or frame sections using a snap table fixture
- Align vinyl or aluminum components before fastening or locking them together
- Insert balance systems, weatherstripping, glass stops, or hardware as required
- Verify measurements and ensure components meet quality standards
- Inspect finished sections for gaps, misalignment, or defects
- Operate hand tools or light pneumatic tools during assembly
- Maintain production speed to meet daily output targets
- Keep the workstation clean and follow safety procedures
- Support team members and assist with additional production tasks as needed
Shift & Pay
- $13.00/hour
- Monday–Thursday / 8:00 AM-7:00PM
- Overtime required based on production needs
Position Requirements:
- Ability to stand for the entire shift and perform repetitive tasks
- Comfortable working around machinery and assembly equipment
- Strong attention to detail and hand eye coordination
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast paced environment
- Reliable attendance and dependability required
