Position Summary
United Talent is immediately hiring a Solid Surface Fabrication Associate for a millwork manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for fabricating and finishing acrylic solid surface materials into high-quality products such as countertops, vanities, and custom components. The ideal candidate has hands-on fabrication experience, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to quality and safety.
Job Duties

Fabricate solid surface products by cutting, shaping, assembling, and finishing materials.

Read and interpret shop drawings and measurements to ensure accurate fabrication.

Operate fabrication tools and equipment such as saws, routers, grinders, and sanders.

Finish and polish solid surface materials to required quality standards.

Inspect completed products to ensure they meet specifications and quality expectations.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following all safety guidelines.
Pay & Shift
-
1st Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

$16.00 – $20.00 per hour, based on experience (BOE)
Requirements
-
High school diploma or GED required.

Previous solid surface fabrication experience using acrylic materials required.

Ability to read a tape measure and interpret shop drawings.

Experience using power tools and fabrication equipment.

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted.

Ability to stand, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout an 8-hour shift.

Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.

Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Working Conditions & Physical Demands
-
Exposure to noise levels consistent with a millwork manufacturing environment.

Personal protective equipment (PPE) required.

Position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, and crouching throughout the workday.

Must be able to lift and/or move items over 50 pounds.

Vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
