Position Overview
United Talent Staffing is currently seeking motivated and dependable individuals for Junk Removal Technician / General Laborer positions with a growing junk removal and hauling company. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and being part of a team that provides excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Load and remove furniture, appliances, and debris from residential and commercial properties
- Assist with cleanouts (homes, garages, estates, offices, etc.)
- Perform heavy lifting and physical labor throughout the shift
- Provide professional and friendly customer service on-site
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of trucks and equipment
- Follow safety guidelines and proper lifting techniques
- Assist with light demolition projects when needed
Requirements
- Ability to lift 50–100 lbs consistently
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Reliable transportation and attendance
- Ability to work well independently and with a team
- Valid driver’s license preferred (not required for all roles)
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in general labor, moving, landscaping, or construction
- Experience operating trucks or trailers is a plus
- Customer service experience is a bonus
