United Talent is currently seeking an RV Delivery Coordinator for an RV Dealership in the Ashland, KY area!
The Delivery Coordinator will be responsible for the following:
- Create an engaging and enjoyable experience for customers upon taking delivery of their RV.
- Verify details of sale, including tow vehicle information, required hitch/brake equipment, any add-ons to be installed, delivery information, etc. with each customer
- Work with service and sales departments to coordinate customer delivery appointments.
- Contact customer to schedule delivery appointments and educate customer on day of delivery process.
- Serve as the point of contact for the customer after the sale to answer any questions they may have.
- Keep customer updated on status of their camper.
- Meet and greet customer on day of delivery.
- Call customers to confirm appointments.
- Inspect units to make sure they are prepped and ready for pick up.
Pay will be $13 an hour, shift is days.
