United Talent Staffing is currently seeking a self-motivated & professional candidate for a part-time Customer Service/Receptionist position in New Martinsville, W.V.!
This is a temp-to-hire position with excellent growth potential to become permanent with the company! The ideal candidate is efficient, professional, and has a background & understanding of customer service/receptionist duties.
Job Requirements:
- Must be proficient with all Microsoft Office Programs, especially Excel, Word, & Outlook.
- Must have a working knowledge of office equipment (i.e.-printers, fax machines, etc.).
- Must have excellent time management skills & the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Must have excellent customer service skills.
- Must be committed to completing assignments & be available to work overtime as needed to do so.
- Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced office environment.
- Must be able to pay close attention to detail & take direction.
- Must have excellent attendance & be reliable.
Shift & Pay: This position is part-time, three days per week. Salary is $10.00/per hour.
Associate Responsibilities Include:
- Ensuring customer satisfaction & providing excellent, professional customer service.
- Completing accurate data entry & product quotes.
- Creating orders for customers.
- Answering incoming phone calls & handling inquiries from vendors.
- Copying, faxing, filing, and emailing documents.
- Taking accurate, timely messages.
- Other duties as assigned.
