We got a phone call from an associate we had placed in a job that he liked, with a client who loved his work. The problem was that this newlywed gentleman never saw his wife – they worked on opposite shifts – and our client was unable to change the schedule. Things were going in the wrong direction for everyone involved.
Our branch manager wanted to help. He made a call to a different client to explain the situation and schedule an interview. The client and our associate had an immediate connection, and a new job started the next week.
Today, our associate is going strong…just like his marriage.
