Tonya was convinced we wouldn’t hire her, that United Talent would be one more dead end in her job search. She was a recovering addict and had a criminal record. She felt like her world was ending. But she was determined. Our staffing specialist Pamela was equally determined to help Tonya find – and keep – the right job.
We knew Kyron would show up…but would he stay long term? We agreed to try again and assigned him to a job with Southeast Doors in Kennesaw, Georgia.
